Plus, you will also receive board meeting preparation, minute books maintained, work order reports, owner file maintenance, and administrative file maintenance as part of this plan.
Custom Management and Maintenance: If the accounting-plus and full-service plans are not for you, you may want to consider our custom management and maintenance plan. In it, one of our managers will work with you to design a service plan unique to your community.
