We provide a transparent relationship between the Community Board, owners, and CPM, through a secure web portal, where owners they have access to their payment history and account balance; update contact information; submit and review work order requests; view and download meeting minutes, monthly financial reports, a community calendar, an online community directory, and governing documents.
Board Members have access to a more in-depth Monthly Financial Statement, as well as contracts, invoices, bank statements, delinquency reports, and the ability to monitor the managers action items.
