We provide a transparent relationship between the Community Board, owners, and CPM, through a secure web portal, where owners have access to their payment history and account balance; update contact information; submit and review work order requests; view and download meeting minutes, monthly financial reports, a community calendar, an online community directory, and governing documents.
Board Members have access to a more in-depth Monthly Financial Statement, as well as contracts, invoices, bank statements, delinquency reports, and the ability to monitor the managers action items.

We pay Association bills on time and provide timely financial reporting so the Association’s books are clear, accurate, and detailed.
